The contract is accepted as soon as acceptance of the purchase is expressed. To place an order, you must follow the online purchase procedure and click on the form of payment. Availability of the requested items

All product orders are subject to their availability. If for exceptional reasons there are difficulties with the supply of products or if there are no items left in stock, we reserve the right to provide you with information about substitute products of equal or greater quality and value that you can order. If you do not wish to place an order for these substitute products, we will refund any amount you may have paid.

Refusal to process an order

We reserve the right to withdraw any product from this website at any time and to remove or modify any material or content from it.

Delivery of orders

The order is sent by courier with a delivery time of between 48 hours-10 days. When the shipment is made, you will receive an email with the confirmation of your order and with the tracking number, which will allow you to know the status of the order. If you still haven't received your package 7 days after receiving the confirmation email, contact our business.

Price and payment

The prices of the products will be those stipulated on our website at the time the order is confirmed. The prices include the applicable VAT according to the current legislation in Spain. The prices mentioned on our website, including other concepts, are in euros. Shipping costs have not been included in the prices, they will be added to the total amount due as shown in our Shipping Costs table. The other additional expenses that may arise will be assumed by the buyer, who will be informed of all the amounts and the resulting final price before the contract is completed.

Neither you nor we will have any action against any uncertain statement made by the other party, verbal or written, prior to the date of the Contract (unless such uncertain statement was made fraudulently) and the only action available to the another part will be for breach of contract in accordance with the provisions of these Conditions.

Right to modify the conditions

We have the right to revise and modify these Terms at any time. You will be subject to the policies and conditions in force at the time you use this website or make each order, unless by law or decision of governmental bodies we must make retroactive changes to said policies, conditions or privacy statement, in in which case, the possible changes will also affect the orders you had previously made.

Legal guarantees

In the event that the article is defective, we will proceed, as appropriate, with the repair, replacement or termination of the contract. The client has 14 days from receipt of the item to contact us.
