From a visiting researcher position at Stanford University in 2001 to pioneering teaching on well-being and sustainable performance at the world’s top business schools, Dr. MacGregor has helped inspire and change the behavior of thousands of busy entrepreneurs around the world.
Their Vision and Purpose:
Wellbeing is at the heart of what we do, but it's much more than a superficial checkbox exercise.
With 20 years of experience in wellbeing and over a decade in world-class leadership development, Dr. MacGregor has the knowledge and expertise to connect wellbeing with performance, leadership and culture, unlocking personal and organisational transformation.
The main objective is sustainable high-performance leadership that helps create a culture of care and human flourishing.
Speaking, workshops and coaching are the usual means of achieving this and he has extensive experience in other types of work including panel discussions, fireside chats, consulting and facilitating executive committee meetings.
Central Themes:
Her main client topics include workplace health and wellbeing, mental health, leadership development, behaviour and habit change, positive leadership, high-performance teams, virtual teams and design thinking.
Additional insight into the themes that form the foundation of her work is represented by The Daily Reset’s 12 monthly themes: movement, habits, sleep, energy, mindfulness, nutrition, exercise, purpose, ways of working, resilience, leadership, and community.
The learning journey:
While they often tailor programs to specific client needs, the typical learning journey flow consists of three main elements:
-SELF-LEADERSHIP, LEADERSHIP OF OTHERS AND DRIVING CHANGE
Moving from the egosystem to the ecosystem and from "what to do" to "how to make it last."
The learning journey can be completed in three days or several months, depending on the level of detail required and the spacing between blocks. It can also be followed in person, 100% virtual or hybrid, and with the support of different tools and technologies.
At Dr. MacGregor we use a variety of touchpoints including books (audio and print), podcasts, and e-learning videos.
